Requirements
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 3 (especially PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong sense of design, layout, typography and branding for the web.
* Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, web technologies and their strengths/limitations.
* Ability to interact clearly and confidently with a team.
* Ability to work independently, manage and set priorites.
* Detail oriented and well organized.
* Thrive in a deadline driven environment.
* Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast paced and flexible environment.

Responsibilities
* Working with inhouse designers and advertising clients to integrate cobranded microsites and ad units
* Implementing designs for new site features according to existing design standards and styles.
* Creating new designs to improve general look at feel.
* Converting layouts and wireframes into Photoshop mockups.
* Helping to define user interaction and user experience through design.

Front End Developer

Requirements
* Fluent in xHTML
* Fluent in CSS table-less layouts
* Fluent in Javascript, AJAX, DHTML and the DOM

* Strong attention to detail, pixel perfect precision

* Comfortable with PHP, MYSQL
