Commented on a article on Sunday, Jul 20I saw the Dark Knight this Friday and having just seen the 1989 Batman with Nicholson, I can confidently say that Ledger's Joker is better than Nicholson's. Even while watching it [the '89 movie], Ledger's performance was resonating in my mind two days later. I don't know of any other movie or character that stuck with me so intensely.
